THE CONSULTATION:
This takes place in my home in Gerrards Cross and will include the following:
Fitness testing
Medical screening
Blood pressure monitoring
Body water/fat ratio
Personalised weight loss plan
Long and Short term goal setting
£40.00 (please allow 2 hours for this session)
THE SESSIONS:
A package of 10 one to one training sessions with 11th session free. You will have your weight monitored on a weekly basis and receive regular recipe updates to ensure you never get bored of what you're eating.
£250.00 Session times vary depending on ability
ONE OFF SESSION:
You may wish to try out a one-off session after your initial consultation to see if it works for you.
£35.00 Session times vary depending on ability
ALL WOMEN'S NETWALKING GROUP:

Available to Athena members and non-members alike you only have to be in business to join in.
Come on all you working women, it's time to dust off your trainers and get "netwalking". What better way to start the weekend than a brisk walk whilst making some valuable new contacts. You'll go home feeling energised and envigorated for the weekend ahead. Please make sure you wear good trainers and comfortable clothing.
Cost: £25 per person for a course of 5 sessions.
Meeting place:Wildwood (formerly The Packhorse Pub) in Gerrards Cross
Time: 12.00 noon - 1.00 pm
Dates: TBC
Minimum no. 5 walkers
Maximum no. 15 walkers

Starts Monday 12 January / finishes Monday 2 March
Loose those Christmas pounds and raise ££££’s for Scannappeal in our third, annual sponsored slim.
