I've really enjoyed my time with Sarah.  In the past I've done running and absolutely hated it but this has been the perfect way to get fit and I've had fun doing it.  I do other fitness sessions with another trainer as well but this is the only one I don't dread.  I would recommend Sarah to anyone and have done so already.  I will definitely be coming back for more.

Just a quick note to say I didn’t realise how far I had come with your fitness programme until last Friday when I walked home from work and forgot it was a steep hill. In the past I would certainly huff and puff! As someone who loves their food, it hasn’t always been easy to stick to the diet plan but even if I’ve had a ‘bad’ week you have never been judgemental and I am delighted to say the pounds are coming off even if not as quickly as I would like. Having recently received several compliments and realising my improved fitness I feel excited about the progress I have made and look forward to getting together with you each week.
